Tester Sets Are Great Way to Find A Favorite Oil
Buying the tester sets were a great way to find a favorite in the Japanese Botanical Air and the Supplement Air Series. It also enables one to change the scent according to mood and need.
7 ways to be transported to Japan (when flying there is nearly impossible)!
An enjoyable way to discover, experience and choose among 7 scents. I did not find one that was over-the-top or too sweet, too flowery or even too simple. These are all sophisticated blends based on local forest trees or citrus and other herbs producing a subtle atmosphere that gives character to the space they inhabit. The only problem is choosing one! They each create an ambiance that perhaps triggers a memory of a space or a point in time, that will be different for each of us. As such, I’ve come to enjoy going back and forth, letting different Botanicals permeate a room over different days. And so, this set is not going to be wasted. I use washi (traditional Japanese paper) folded into different shapes to act as temporary diffuser. Marking each piece with the number of the aroma allows me to re-activate it on a later day (by adding drops of the same oil) and revisit a particular scent. Will I get to the point where I can recognize the particular botanical blend without seeing the number? I hope some day!
Good sets to decide which aroma I like. Feel a bit pricy that's why I minus 1 star My fav is Satsuma Hosho and Hinoki
Magnificent blends to the original Japanese air line!
