An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the order. Orders ready for shipping will also receive a shipping confirmation email. Online product availability might not always match physical inventory. In the case of an order being out of stock at the time of ordering, an email notification will be sent with an availability timeline.
Domestic orders will be delivered via USPS, FedEx Ground, or UPS Ground. Due to shipping restrictions on essential oils, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable at this time. For inquiries about shipped orders, please check the carrier's website. (Please expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery)
Orders to Canada will be delivered via UPS Ground.

Order Returns and Exchanges
We have a 30-day* return policy for unopened products. Unless there is a defect with one or more products in your order, shipping cost of the return is at the customer's cost.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Products returned after 30-days*
- Products that have been opened
- Products damaged or defected by customer (beyond our ability to resell)
* 30-days from receipt of shipping confirmation

The warranty period for each product is listed below:

- air: 1 year
- car diffusers: 6 months
- USB aroma time: 6 months
- solo: 1 year
- orb, one, ko: 6 months
Warranty covers the mechanical function of a product, but does not include:
- Surface blemishes or scratches
- Oil spilling or leaking caused by improperly transporting product with oil attached
- Discoloration of product
- Other issues caused that are outside of the manufacturer's control
