An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address listed on the order. Orders ready for shipping will also receive a shipping confirmation email. Online product availability will be updated from time to time, but in the case of an order being out of stock at the time of ordering, an email notification will be sent.
Orders will be delivered via USPS or FedEx Ground. Due to shipping restrictions on essential oils, shipping to Alaska and Hawaii is unavailable at this time. For inquiries about shipped orders, please check carrier's website. (Please expect 5 to 7 business days for delivery, continental US only.)

Order Returns and Exchanges
All orders have a 30-day* return policy for unopened products. Unless there is a defect with one or more products in your order, shipping cost of the return is at customer's cost.
Returns will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Products returned after 30-days*
- Products that have been opened
- Products damaged or defected by customer (beyond our ability to resell)

Warranty covers the mechanical function of a product, but does not include:
- Surface blemishes or scratches
- Oil spilling / leaking caused by improperly transporting product with oil attahced
- Discoloration of product
- Other issues caused that are outside of the manufacturer's control
